Thanks to exciting growth opportunities, Lloyd Motors Ltd have acquired N&M Walkingshaw Ltd, Workington and are recruiting for a Administration Assistant to be a part of their excellent service team.


As the Administrator your main responsibilities will be to ensure complete and accurate data management as well as providing valuable support to the Head of Admin and Accounts departments. Your duties will include assisting the Team in the following areas:

  • Bringing both new and used vehicles into stock
  • Invoicing of vehicles to retail, corporate and trade customers and other Lloyd retailers
  • Taxation of New and Used Vehicles
  • Preparing and allocating daily banking
  • Reconciling supplier statements

The ideal Sales and Accounts Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Exceptional levels of organisation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Assist in customer hosting and ensuring showroom standards are maintained.
